OP-Stack

The OP Stack is an open-source development framework that powers the Optimism network, maintained by the Optimism Collective. It provides a standardized set of software components designed to facilitate the creation of Layer 2 (L2) blockchains, enhancing scalability and interoperability within the Ethereum ecosystem. Currently represented by its latest iteration, Bedrock, the OP Stack simplifies the deployment of Optimistic Rollups and prepares for future expansions like the Optimism Superchain. This evolving framework aims to foster collaboration and innovation within the blockchain community.
