Scope

  • set up excel sheet to track down personal contacts and high potential candidates to reach out to
  • identify the need for a L2 governance system
  • find a revenue stream among these contacts (development work + token fee from operator work)

  • written document as excel for contacts
  • idea sheet for revenue stream
