Thanks for this, a very well accomplished tool for a beta version. :)
I was just testing crossnotes using a simple markdown document using a private repo on githhub and all seems to go well except if I provide a link to a header using markdown notation [Test Header](#test-header) within the document it is pointing towards:
This in turn results in creating a new note with title #test-header when really it should be pointing to the "Test Header". Makes me wonder if somehow this is hardcoded in the app given it defaults to 0xGG repo rather than the repo from which notebook is downloaded?
The TOC on right hand side navigation seems to work fine once the document has been saved and synchronised with github. Before that clicking on it also does not really move the document to desired location.
If I change the Header link to reach the private repo:
then it still tries to create a new note, only it asks for credentials.
