[Feature request] Open a new tab, Word wrap toggle

1. Open a new tab

When running a new notepads, there are currently two options.

1. If the "Always open new window" option is off, only activate notepads.
2. If the "Always open new window" option is on, run notepads in a new window.

I suggest that, in the third way, a new tab be added.
If I run notepads again when notepads are already running, please add a new tab and activate it.

2. Word wrap toggle
   For now, even if I turn on the word wrap function, if I shut down notepads and restart it, the word wrap function is turned off.
   I hope the word wrap function stays on.
